These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and ad7771 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ad7771 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account on ad7771, accessing any part of the Platform, placing a bet, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. Acceptable documents for age verification include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid Pakistani passport, or a valid B-Form for those approaching 21 years of age. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal requests.

To access the full functionality of the ad7771 Platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and management:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one (1) active account on ad7771 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ad7771 employs technical and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts identified will be suspended and balances frozen pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, and any payment method details provided in the cashier. ad7771 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided at any time. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ad7771 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ad7771 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ad7771 support immediately.

ad7771 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of locally integrated payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Raast / 1LINK, retail cash deposit, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your ad7771 account balance upon confirmation of receipt by the Platform. Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation from the receiving institution. ad7771 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. ad7771 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day, or per period, and to amend these limits at any time.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from ad7771 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by the ad7771 finance team following identity verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification prior to processing. ad7771 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity — including a copy of your CNIC and a recent utility bill or bank statement — before releasing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Allied Bank are typically processed within 2 to 4 hours during business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals via USDT TRC20 are released within 30 minutes of approval and confirmed on-chain subject to network conditions.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ad7771 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards under its international gaming licence. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Accounts that fail to satisfactorily complete AML verification may be restricted from withdrawals until the process is complete.

ad7771 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible account holders from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and minimum odds restrictions applicable to each bonus are stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are only available to verified ad7771 account holders aged 21 or above.

• Bonuses that are claimed as a result of fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, or any attempt to circumvent the spirit of the promotional offer will be voided without notice and the relevant account suspended.
• ad7771 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage rate. Live casino games, certain slot titles, and specific betting markets may contribute at reduced rates or not at all.
• All bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated at the time of offer. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance.

All bets and gaming activity on the ad7771 Platform are subject to the following general rules in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual game types or sports markets:

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on ad7771 — including cricket betting on PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, T20Is, and other supported leagues — are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and ad7771 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. In the event of a match abandonment, void declaration, or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with ad7771's specific sport-by-sport settlement rules published in the sports betting help section.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino game outcomes on ad7771 — including slot games, live dealer tables, and specialty games — are determined by certified processes operated by licensed gaming software providers. Slot game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Live casino game outcomes are determined by human dealers operating in certified studio environments. ad7771 does not influence or modify game outcomes.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

ad7771 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error in the odds or price offered — including but not limited to cases where the displayed odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account. ad7771 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the acceptance of bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ad7771 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Creating duplicate accounts for any purpose, including to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Unauthorised use of payment methods — including using payment methods not registered in your own name or using stolen financial instruments.
• Bonus abuse — including systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gaming, as determined by ad7771 in its sole discretion.
• Using automated tools — including bots, scripts, or any form of automated betting software — to interact with any part of the ad7771 Platform.
• Collusion — including coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market on ad7771.
• Match fixing or insider information — placing bets based on non-public information relating to the outcome of any sporting event is strictly prohibited and may be referred to relevant sporting or law enforcement authorities.
• Chargebacks and fraudulent disputes — initiating a payment chargeback or dispute in bad faith after depositing funds onto the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person — all account activity must be on the registered account holder's own behalf.

ad7771 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful activity.
• The account holder fails to satisfactorily complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious financial activity has been detected on the account that warrants investigation under the Company's AML procedures.
• The account holder has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in connection with a deposit made to ad7771.

Upon suspension or closure of an account, ad7771 will notify the account holder by the contact details registered on the account. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of suspension may be held pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining — including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity — may be forfeited.

Account holders may request voluntary closure of their ad7771 account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any legitimate balance remaining in an account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method following completion of any applicable KYC verification.

All content on the ad7771 Platform — including but not limited to website text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation of all such content — is the property of ad7771 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international copyright and intellectual property laws.

The ad7771 name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of ad7771. All other names, logos, and marks appearing on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

The compilation of all content on the ad7771 Platform is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its contents.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ad7771 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

ad7771 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ad7771 will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will be accessible at all times, including during scheduled maintenance windows or unplanned technical outages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ad7771's liability for death or personal injury arising from the Company's own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

ad7771 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the Platform. The Company acknowledges that for some users, gambling may lead to harmful behaviour, and maintains a range of tools and resources to help users manage their gaming activity and seek help where needed.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ad7771 account holders and can be accessed from within the account panel at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control spending on the Platform.
• Session Time Reminders: Enable automated reminders that notify you of how long you have been active in a gaming session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law under the jurisdiction of the Company's international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in the ad7771 Platform's help documentation. ad7771 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and in good faith.
